This RFT is issued by KiwiRail’s Rail Network Growth Impact Management (RNGIM) Resilience Programme for the purpose of selecting a preferred respondent to deliver the Civil Worksor the new Fruitvale cross-over.

KiwiRail will use a limited access SharePoint site to share full RFT documentation with Respondents. The information contained within the data room is detailed within RFT Section 1.1.
Respondents will nominate a lead administration person who will have access on behalf of the Respondent’s organisation for document download. Place a question via GETS titled “[insert your organisation’s name] request for data room access”. Access will then be provided via reply in GETS.

This Contract is for the following Civil Works Scope:

• Drainage – new drainage scheme at the cross-over location
• Signalling Civil and Ducting installation
- Local ducting installation for new cross-over points machines and signalling infrastructure.
- Signal and LOC bases
• New formation re-build:
- Fruitvale – approx. 600m of new formation re-build with associated circa 200mm track lift on the Down Main
• Civil design has been progressed by KRG Engineering Services
- Fruitvale is at IFC design stage
