Overview
The Auckland Integrated Rail Management Centre (IRMC) Project is a new initiative that aims to integrate all the organisations and functions needed to operate train services in the Auckland area to deliver operational efficiencies and provide nationwide resilience.
KiwiRail is seeking a professional services firm with relevant specialist skills and capacity to provide Services to develop a Concept of Operations (ConOps), to solicit and document the requirements and to develop the concept design for the IRMC.
