Overview
This EOI is issued by KiwiRail through its Infrastructure business operation for the purpose of redeveloping mechanical facilities in Christchurch.
KiwiRail will require the successful construction Head Contractor (“Contractor”) to supply the following Goods and Services:
a) The construction of a new Scenic Journeys Servicing Centre including passenger carriage wash facility, inspection pit, and refuelling, waste handling and potable water servicing facilities;
b) Building services, including lighting, ventilation, and power;
c) Site works and drainage;
d) Security, including fencing and site access; and
e) Management and coordination of Wash Supplier, to be novated to the Contractor
