Contract: PP04 Stormwater Asset Renewals

Client: Kapiti Coast District Council, Private Bag 60601, Paraparaumu
Tenders are invited from interested suppliers for PP04 Stormwater Asset Renewals, Kapiti Coast District.
The contract covers renewal of the stormwater assets within Paraparaumu Catchment 04 (PP04). Work includes but is not limited to:
• Obtaining corridor access and permits from the road controlling authority.
- Preparation and Implementation of Traffic Management Plans (includes temporary traffic management as required), Earthworks Management Plan, Environmental Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance Plan.
- Liaison with and notification to affected parties.
- Site clearance, locating services, undertaking earthworks and excavation where required.
- Renewal works including pipe cleaning, structural lining, rectification of defected manholes, and pipes, manhole raising, pre and post renewal CCTV where applicable.
- Up sizing sump leads as required
- Preparation and submission of as-builts as per Kapiti Coast District Council requirements.
All works are to be undertaken for the purpose as described in the tender documents.
