Overview
The Kāpiti Coast District Council wishes to provide a portal platform which allows it to improve its interactions with its customers online.
We are looking for portal solution options and an implementation partner, experienced in delivering for local government organisations that will work with the Council to provide a portal solution.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first step in a multi-stage procurement process. It provides Respondents the chance to provide information and insights into portal solution options that meet our requirements.
