Overview
The Kapiti Coast District Council requires a user-friendly and versatile system for collecting and collating energy use, energy efficiency, waste, water and GHG emission related data to support its internal environmental sustainability programmes, and carry out routine account management along with back office support services (a corporate environmental data management system or CEDMS). The Council invite providers of CEDMS to respond.
