Overview
Kaipara District Council (KDC) are reviewing their District Plan (DP) and need a number of specialist consultants to assist them with specialist advice as part of developing their new DP.
The individual areas of consulting services are not large budgets, but they are highly important from KDC’s point of view to get good advice for their DP. As such, this procurement process is intended to be as simple, low cost and minimal time input as possible for the respondents.
The services in scope are set out below and the specialist consulting services required include:

legal
noise
designations assistance
planning assistance
economic assessments
