This Notice of Procurement (NoP) is one category within our Business Transformation Approved Panel (BTAP); other categories of service will be released over time. The panel is intentionally setup to run (and be open for applications) until 2024. It is important to note that this NoP has been updated as of October 2016 and that Inland Revenue no longer uses an e-tendering tool and will instead provide response templates for each category.

This NoP is requesting applications from suppliers to join the BTAP, who are able to meet our recurring business needs and partner with us, as and when required, on the multi-year journey to transformation. We require leadership development and culture change services to support Inland Revenue’s Business Transformation Programme.

This NoP covers three subcategories of service:
1. Leadership capability assessment and management
2. Leadership development
3. Culture and staff engagement consultancy and support

Response Templates have been included in the attachments sections of the GETS notification. There is a response template for each category. You must complete all relevant response forms to apply for a category

All Suppliers must complete the Mandatory Conditions Template. This form should only be completed once per supplier no matter how many categories you are responding too.
