Overview

The purpose of this RFI is to seek information relating to the potential future supply to Inland Revenue (IR) of customer interactions feedback capability and systems.

IR has identified an opportunity to increase customer understanding by using feedback from customers across the organisation to drive strong decision making that will improve IR’s service to customers.

IR is investigating a number of initiatives to improve its use of customer feedback to achieve the following desired outcomes:
a. The collection of initiative driven data which enables IR to understand our performance when servicing customers and informs us where we need to improve;
b. Greater understanding of the drivers of customer satisfaction;
c. Integration with existing IT architecture and consideration for fit with future architecture needs; and
d. Improved customer satisfaction as a result of IR’s increased understanding of customer needs and intelligence
