Inland Revenue (IR) is providing advanced notice to potential respondents that it intends to issue an Expression of Intent for the provision of an Integrated Operational Planning (IOP) solution for its customer facing staff including those based in contact centres.
IR is intending to enable an integrated view of its frontline workforce. It expects to approach the market to identify an operational planning solution capable of supporting forecasting, planning, and scheduling, from a common pool of agents with blended work, across both voice and non-voice channels.
