Relocation & Disposal/Repurposing Services

Inland Revenue (IR) is seeking either a single nationwide supplier (who can sub-contract as necessary) or a vendor who has specific expertise on one or more services for Relocation, Disposal & Repurposing of no longer required assets and management services across our various sites – 21 in total.

These services include:

 Relocation project management
 Major relocations – between sites
 Minor relocations – within sites
 Emergency works
 Capability to resource at short notice
 Secure storage of furniture & equipment
 Re-use and recycling of furniture, equipment and other office items
 Disposal of furniture, equipment and other office items that cannot be re-used or recycled
 Configuration and set-up of new office equipment layout – includes cabling of desks and setup of desktop technology
