This advance Notice of Information (NOI) is to advise that Inland Revenue intends to issue a Request for Tender (RFT) on GETS in late June/early July 2016 for a Main Contractor for the upgrade of Inland Revenue’s premises at 101 Garnett Ave, Te Rapa, Hamilton. The upgrade will include:
a. Temporary enabling works;
b. Demolition works;
c. Alterations to existing partitions and construction of new partitions
d. Building services additions, alterations and enhancements;
e. Flooring works
f. Painting and decoration
g. Installation of selected joinery;
h. Alterations to the existing catered staff cafeteria;
i. Co-ordination of all works to the agreed programme including working with the on-site staff to minimise the potential for disruption to the daily operations on site.
Responses to the RFT are expected to be submitted late July 2016.
Note: No response to this NOI is required.
