Overview
Inland Revenue (IR) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers who are able to meet our requirement for circa 5,000m2 of office accommodation in Hamilton. IR requires the premises to be occupied by December 2017 at the latest.
Respondents should be aware that IR is seeking a solution that will: deliver best value-for-money over the whole-of-life, enable IR to fulfil its business requirements within the Hamilton region, and provide an appropriate working office environment for IR personnel.
