Overview
Invercargill City Council (ICC) is looking to engage s supplier who can implement a digital adoption platform that provides real-time, in-application assistance and training for new systems aimed at how employees engage with and adopt new digital technologies.
This includes interactive guides and contextual help that are accessible directly within the system interface.
