ICC is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide professional services to review, prepare and design a Strategic Maintenance Policy document with an emphasis on how, when and why Council’s Property team provide both planned and unplanned maintenance support services to its stakeholders across ICC’s wide and diverse property portfolio.
