Hamilton City Council invite Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced companies interested in participating in the procurement process(es) for maintenance services for Traffic Signal assets.
The Council is currently progressing the procurement of a main contractor for the delivery of road maintenance and renewal services through the new Collaborative Corridor Agreement (CCA). On the selection of the service provider for the CCA, the procurement of a supplier for the provision of Traffic Signal maintenance services will commence. The Traffic Signal maintenance services contract will be managed through the CCA.
The anticipated timeframe for the commencement of procurement processes for Traffic Signal suppliers is February 2023.
Hamilton City Council reserves the right to withdraw from the procurement process (including this ROI) at any time without notice before entering into the Contract. If the Council withdraws from the procurement process, then no ROI or RFT respondent shall have any claim for compensation or otherwise against the Council.
