This advance Notice of Information (NoI) is published by Hutt Valley District Health Board to inform the market of our intent to release a tender for the provision of Off-Site Record & ICT Tape Storage and Destruction services.
Hutt Valley District Health Board intends to invite tenders for the provision of these services in May 2018.
Hutt Valley District Health Board has a reliance on paper records and ICT Tapes for the provision of patient treatment and retention of electronic records. We are looking for credible Suppliers who have the capability, experience and infrastructure to provide Off-Site Record and ICT Tape Storage and Destruction Services.
Suppliers must have a good track record in the record management, storage, retrieval and destruction service industry, as well as have the required infrastructure (mobile and on-site security) as well as systems in place to provide the services at a high standard.
Please note, this is a Notice of Information (NoI) only. At this stage, Hutt Valley District Health Board is only providing the market of advance notice of the pending tender opportunity.
