The purpose of this Notice of Information is to provide advance notification to the market of Hutt Valley District Health Boards (HVDHB) intention to release a contract opportunity for the supply of Disposable Microfibre Cleaning Cloths. Disposable microfibre cleaning cloths will introduce chemical free cleaning to HVDHB with the intention of microfibre cloths replacing chemical wipes for cleaning equipment and work surfaces.
HVDHB intends to engage the market via a multi-stage tender process. The first process will be the release of an ROI (Registration of Interest) where shortlisted suppliers will be invited to participate in a closed-competitive RFP (Request for Quote) process. The market will be informed of the ROI opportunity via the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) from early September 2017.
