The Single-Site Supported Housing (SSSH) services Request for Proposals (RFP) will be preceded by an open information session about Grey’s Avenue on Thursday, 10 March 2022. This will be a general session to give providers an overview of the wider Greys Avenue development including background information, the intended community and customer mix, and the wider vision and outcomes.
The aim of the upcoming RFP will be to identify a preferred provider with the intent of contracting for Single-Site Supported Housing services at 139 Greys Avenue, Auckland. We are seeking a suitable provider or collective of providers to lead the delivery of a fit-for-purpose service that will enable people to live in a thriving, connected and well-functioning Single Site Supported Housing community.
