Horizons is also looking for a credible proven partner who can demonstrate the capability, experience and skill to deliver and fully implement a robust replacement for their existing websites within the implementation window agreed. There is no time extension available for this.

Respondents need to have an excellent and referenceable track record in the implementation and management of website solutions preferably with local support capability to the New Zealand local government marketplace. The supplier must be able to deliver to the timeframes outlined; the go-live date/s cannot slide.
