Overview
The Commission seeks proposals from providers with appropriate expertise to evaluate the test of a revised aged residential care medication chart.
The purpose of this evaluation is to review the success of the use of the revised medication chart in reducing medication errors and subsequent harm, and providing a perspective on the experience of those participating in the test relating to the functionality and usability of the revised chart. The findings of the evaluation will be used to inform future planning and direction for this programme.
