This is an advance notice that the Health Promotion Agency (HPA) will be calling for applications mid-December 2015 for Smokefree Community Partnership grants. Once opened, the period for receiving applications will remain open until 1 February 2016.
The aim of these grants is to provide financial support to community organisations and non-government organisations to undertake tobacco control work to support smokefree environments for wāhine hapu and their whānau, particularly whānau with young children.
The maximum grant available for each project will be $4,500 with the projects needing to be completed by and reported on by mid-June 2016.
