Housing New Zealand is seeking proposals through this Request For Proposals from suitably qualified Respondents to undertake all works required to safely demolish the existing 38 unit complex at 135 Britomart Street, Berhampore, Wellington.

The successful Respondent will be responsible for all demolition works, all civil engineering works, earthworks, site clearance and site remediation works. This is described within the Site Description and Project Works described in Part 3.
