Overview
The Contract Works include demolition, preparation and groundworks, cladding, general refurbishment works including fire rated walls, windows and doors, decking and ramps and modifications necessary for high needs group, painting, electrical works, plumbing and drainage works, site works, landscaping, project supervision, site visits, and general site works to return the property to a lettable condition for social housing.
