This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation ​​to submit a Registration of Interest in the Porirua High-Level Reservoir No.2 (PH2) Design and Build contract (Main Contract) opportunity.

This ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. After evaluation, shortlisted Respondents will be invited to participate in the next step. More detailed and specific attribute information will be requested in the second stage.

Note: A pre-condition of this ROI is to submit an intention to respond (using Appendix F) if that is your intent. Respondents who submit an intention to respond will be sent the full drawing set to further inform their response to the ROI.
