Overview
Kainga Ora is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced organisation to undertake the construction of the following residential dwellings at 22-32 Kawaha Point Road, Fairy Springs, Rotorua:
6 x 2 bedroom units, 6 x 3 bedroom units and 4 x 3+1 bedroom units.
