Kainga Ora is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced organisation to undertake construction works at 69-75 Riddell Road & 5-41 Cardinal Place, Glendowie, Auckland.

Design and build of 42 units:
- 29 x 2 Bed, 3 Storey walk up
- 6 x 3 Bed, 3 Storey walk up
- 4 x 4 Bed, 2 Storey
- 3 x 5 Bed, 2 Storey
