Kāinga Ora Homes and Communities intends to establish a specialised national deconstruction services panel to carry out house deconstruction across New Zealand.
Note: This notice does not require a response, but is informing you of an opportunity that will be released within approximately ten days.
We will also be hosting online supplier briefings to further inform you of this opportunity in September. More information on the briefings will be released with the upcoming Request for Proposal.

What we need:
Kāinga Ora is seeking contractors with the appropriate level of qualifications, experience and resources to complete house deconstruction services on behalf of Kāinga Ora across all regions of New Zealand, except Auckland

What we don’t want:
Kāinga Ora has already established an Auckland Deconstruction Panel to service the Auckland region and we do not wish to add further suppliers in the region at present.
We are not looking for providers who solely specialise in demolition or relocation services.
