Housing New Zealand Corporation (HNZ) are seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced organisations who could design and construct 82 new dwellings at Thom Street, Auckland. The 82 units comprise of 36 x 1-bedroom units, 38 x 2-bedroom units, 3 x 3-bedroom units and 5 x 5-bedroom units, consisting of 10 different house typologies including a mixture of two and three storey terraced units and stand alone units.

What we don't want: We are not seeking to hear from suppliers who only provide limited services towards the construction of dwellings, e.g., individual trades such as carpenters, plumbers, excavation services, suppliers who provide design services, etc. Nor are we seeking to hear from organisations that do not have an appropriate level of experience and resources to undertake a project of this scale. HNZ is looking for ROIs from organisations that have the experience, capability, capacity, appropriate health & safety procedures and good financial standing relative to this project.
