Overview
HLC, is requesting full Real Estate Agency (Consultant) support for Stage 2 of an exciting housing redevelopment in the suburb of Northcote.
The project itself is the delivery of a mixture of standalone, terrace and apartment buildings ranging from 2-6 storeys. These are made up of social housing, affordable and free to market buildings and total 235 units within Stage 2.
This Real Estate Agent RFP extends to the market released Superlots N17, N18, N21, N23 and N33, totalling approx. 1.58ha
