Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ) is the national organisation responsible for ensuring equitable, accessible, and sustainable healthcare services for all New Zealanders. A critical part of fulfilling this mission is delivering fit-for-purpose health infrastructure that meets the needs of our communities today and into the future.
This Market Research Request for Information (RFI) should be read in conjunction with our Advance Notice of a National Panel of Major Project Delivery Partners (GETS RFx ID 31348127). We require construction firms and consortia with major project delivery experience who are interested in working as long-term partners with Health NZ, as part of a national panel of major project delivery partners to address the $6B+ pipeline of major health infrastructure projects.
Health NZ are seeking to engage market participants on the opportunity and challenges outlined within the attached Information Memorandum (IM).
We invite all market participants to provide us with feedback before we progress to procurement. This market engagement provides a broad opportunity for the market to ask questions, clarify the scope of the panel, and services we intend to engage, as well as the commercial arrangements and contract form we plan to use.
As set out in the IM, we are seeking feedback from market participants on focused topics. Please complete the questionnaire available via the QR code & link set out in the IM.
This RFI and the attached IM are issued purely for the purposes of obtaining market feedback. They do not form part of a procurement process. Any future procurement will be subject to Health NZ policies and approval requirements/processes.
