Overview

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Hauora Māori Services (Hauora Māori Services) is requesting proposals from hauora Māori partners or organisations partnering with a hauora Māori partner/s to develop and deliver a community-led social marketing campaign for Māori at risk of or living with HIV to increase the uptake of HIV combination prevention.

This RFP is an opportunity to improve hauora outcomes for Māori and will contribute to the successful delivery of New Zealand’s National HIV Action Plan For Aotearoa New Zealand 2023–2030. You should bid if you are interested in improving hauora Māori outcomes, you or your partner organisations have experience developing and delivering social marketing campaigns, and are interested in achieving an Aotearoa New Zealand where HIV transmission is eliminated.

The total funding available for this service is $350,000 in financial year 2024/2025 and $350,000 in 2025/2026 ($700,000 total across two years). This is expected to be awarded to one successful respondent or a collaborative/joint response.

This Request for Proposals opens Thursday 20 March 2025, and closes 5.00pm Monday 14 April 2025.
