We would like to receive information from non – acute transport providers to help understand our options and inform our next steps for a national Health New Zealand non – acute patient transport solution. Specifically, we seek to understand more about your organisation, who you work with currently and the scope of services you offer. We would like to hear from you on what challenges and opportunities you see in this market for non-acute patient transport and specifically for us as a large national organisation including rural and urban transport options.
We are looking for responses from all different types and size of transport providers including, but not limited to traditional taxi providers, local iwi, companion driving services, volunteer and charity organisations. We would also like to hear from organisations with drivers who could utilise Health New Zealand fleet for non-acute Patient Transport. We are open to doing things innovatively but continue to ensure safe and timely patient transport solutions is the focus.
