Overview

Health New Zealand – Northern Region (the Principal) is seeking to appoint a Panel of suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers of Diesel Storage Tank Maintenance Services (the Services) for its capital works developments and business as usual (BAU) requirements.

The Principal consists of:
• Auckland – its hospital campuses and community facilities;
• Counties Manukau – its hospital campuses and community facilities;
• Northland – its hospital campuses and community facilities; and
• Waitematā – its hospital campuses and community facilities.

The Principal owns and operates facilities associated with delivering health and disability services and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of these facilities.
These hospital campuses and community facilities are operational 24/7, shutdowns of services (both utilities and clinical) need to be carefully planned and considered to minimise impacts on patients and staff.

NOTE: The Principal is undertaking this procurement on behalf of all Northern Region hospitals and their community facilities. A Supplier must successfully proceed through all procurement phases and subsequent contract negotiations to be a panel member. Only suppliers on the panels will be able to provide in-scope services to the Northern Region hospitals.
