Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ) is looking to contract a provider to deliver an After-Hours Nurse Led, GP supported service for the weekends and Public Holidays, with a minimum of four hours face-to-face operation per day, for the population who access primary care in Tairāwhiti / Gisborne.

We are looking for providers who have the capability, experience, and infrastructure to deliver the service and can
• relieve the pressure on ED;
• facilitate a seamless integration with existing healthcare services;
• ensure a sustainable financial model to maximise resource utilization and
• support delivery of the broader outcomes.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of an initiative to support the wellbeing of the Tairāwhiti community. The service, through your partnerships with other community providers, will not only relieve the pressure on ED but will also enhance the health and wellbeing of the community you serve.
