This RFT relates to the engagement of a competent construction Contractor(s) to undertake the construction of:
Fitout works for the new Mental Health and Addiction Services (MHAS) Hamilton Hub at the new location in 135C Silverdale Rd, Hamilton.

The Scope of Works includes:
• Procurement of long lead items such as carpet and doors early.
• Construction of new toilets, carpet, paint, installing new doors and reception desk.
• Working with the Principal and its appointed consultants to meet programme deadline.
• Lease with other trades from uOW and Waikato DHB working in the building at the same time.
