Health New Zealand – Waitematā (the Principal) is seeking to appoint a Panel of suitably qualified and experienced Trade Services Suppliers on behalf for its capital works developments and business as usual (BAU) requirements. The Principal’s campuses must remain open, and the nature of these works means we need experienced parties who can provide us with a level of assurance that our campuses can remain safe and operational for staff and the public.
This Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first phase in a two-stage process, the second phase being the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase.
From the ROIs submitted, the Principal intends to select shortlists of respondents to proceed to the RFP stage. The number of shortlisted Respondents per Trades Service is expected to be from three to five however the Principal may shortlist more or less respondents at their sole discretion.
NOTE: The Principal is undertaking this procurement on behalf of all Northern Region hospitals. Northern Region hospitals may source the same / similar services during the contract terms of the contracts awarded as a result of these procurements. The suppliers will be required to provide the same terms and conditions and the same / similar pricing and commercial settings.
This is an opportunity for Trades Services Suppliers to contribute to the maintenance of the facilities of an important hospital with multiple campuses.
Refer to the attached ROI documentation for further details
