Hutt City Council (HCC/Council) is seeking to procure a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Payroll solution to manage and streamline the management of human resources and payroll functions for our organisation.

HCC is looking for providers who have a proven track record for implementing HRIS and/or Payroll into similar sized businesses in NZ (circa 1000 people). We need compliance enabled systems to support all NZ legislation for HR and Payroll, which integrates seamlessly with existing systems, enhances user experience across various devices, grows the capability of our people and offers ongoing support and training to ensure a smooth implementation and operations.
