Overview

Hutt City Council (HCC) seeks a contractor with a proven track record in sportsgrounds drainage projects. The selected contractor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including site safety and security management, procurement of subcontractors, material supply, access equipment, and project scheduling.
Preference will be given to contractors based in the Hutt Valley or the broader Wellington Region. Contractors must be prepared to execute the works under an NZS 3910 or a comparable contract form and adhere to HCC's payment terms and conditions, which are appended.
HCC has completed the design phase for both projects, and these designs will be provided at the Request for Tender (RFT) stage. Upon completion of the Registration of Interest (ROI) process, a shortlist of qualified contractors will be invited to submit pricing proposals through the RFT. The contract will be awarded to a single entity responsible for delivering the project.
The contractor will need to adhere to the consent conditions, yet to be finalised.
