The Hutt City Council (HCC) require a Contractor (or a professional alliance) to deliver installation/construction services for two new traffic signals as well as the civil works necessary for two intersection upgrades. We are looking for respondents who have the skills, knowledge, capacity, resource infrastructure and expertise along with a track record of delivering traffic signals on a similar scale to that required by HCC under this contract.
