Hutt City Council (HCC) is looking to deliver a new Naenae Pool and Fitness Centre in the community of Naenae, to replace the 65-year-old Naenae Olympic Pool. This new facility
needs to meet the needs of the community and wider city now and into the future and is to be developed consistently with the Naenae Town Centre Spatial Plan.

HCC wishes to partner with a service provider to undertake Quantity Surveying Services during the design and construction of the new Naenae Pool and Fitness Centre.
