Overview
The Hutt City Council (HCC) seeks the services of an organisation to provide main contractor design/build services for the construction of an integrated community hub facility on the site of the current Stokes Valley Library and Stokes Valley Community Hall.
This Registration of Interest (ROI) process is intended to ascertain and shortlist suppliers capable of responding to an in-depth Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Organisations wishing to be considered as a potential supplier of main contractor design/build services for this project should register their interest in the manner set out as follows.
