Registration of Interest (ROI) from main contractors only (no subcontractors or suppliers please) for the Huia Pool Development for Hutt City Council

Project details:
o Construction of a new pool, gym, and carpark to the current Huia Pool facility
o New extension GFA: GF 1200m2, L1 500m2, total 1700m2
o Expected contract value $4-5m (excluding GST)
o Envelope: concrete raft slab foundation (2m below FFL), concrete floor slab, steel portal frames, Interspan upper floor, concrete block/Kingspan/coloursteel walls, coloursteel/Kingspan roof, XPS vapour barrier details
o Services/Plant: gas fired boiler, air handling system, heat recovery system, split air conditioning, fresh air supply system, extracts, showers, toilets, moving platform, electrical, data, PA
o Separate Contractors for: proprietary pool wall stainless steel buttress and filtration system

Programme: Tender period (3-4 weeks) commencing within the second half of May 2015, signed contract milestone before 30th June 2015, commencement first half of July 2015, completion May 2016
