The programme of work is to implement a single national Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain system for all DHBs, using Oracle’s eBusiness Suite, Service Orientated Architecture and Oracle Business Intelligence.
The programme has completed design and is now looking for toolsets to manage the configuration and deployment of configuration, code and patches across environment for the following components:
o Oracle Service Orientated Architecture
o Oracle Business Intelligence
The solution needs to work with and integrate with “best of breed” automation products, so that complete environments can be provisioned from the network, storage, compute, virtualisation, OS components through to the value add application infrastructure of Fusion Middleware and functionality of E-Business Suite.
Vendors should consider the following options in their responses
1) Software licensing and support costs
2) Deployment and training of the software solution(s)
