This is a Physical Works contract for the construction of a new staff car park within the grounds of the Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Omahu Road, Hastings.
The Contract Works comprise of:
• Traffic Management during physical works
• Earthworks and drainage
• Utility services installation and protection
• Road pavement with asphalt surfacing
• Concrete footpaths
• Road marking and signage
• Street lighting
• Installation of equipment (automated barrier arms)
• Landscaping

Tender submissions shall be uploaded in pdf format plus excel spreadsheet Schedule of Prices, to the GETS eTender box OR via HBDHB Facilities Tender email: tenders.facilities@hawkesbaydhb.govt.nz
The GETS file upload limit is 50 MB. The files should be labelled:
- File No 1 – HBDHB Proposal excluding Price
- File No 2 – HBDHB Price (pdf format Schedule of Price)
- File No 3 – HBDHB Schedule of Prices Endoscopy Lane (pdf format Schedule of Price)
