During the next three years it is expected that additional support may be required to assist management and clinicians to redesign health services. This support may include project management, data analysis and interpretation, facilitated service design and negotiation. The support may be required on a series of currently unspecified projects over the three year period of this arrangement.
HBDHB wishes to establish long term relationships with a small panel of management consultants (three) to be engaged as required for specified scoped pieces of work.
Consultants would be expected to lead or participate in agreed engagements. This would include:
• forming positive working relationships with a range of clinical and non-clinical personnel
• providing timely response to scoping requests and engagement
• ensuring a diverse range of resources, to match personnel skills to the needs of the engagement
• providing certainty regarding prices for staff in a range of positions
• completing allocated engagements within agreed timeframes
• providing certainty that personnel will be available
