Description of the work required
• Reinstatement of road corridor at Richmond Road (RP 0.023 – 0.220) to ensure infrastructure is restored to its original condition and safety risk is reduced. Richmond AWPT Project is seeking to restore full level of service of road corridor including reinstating safety, addressing existing pavement failures, including cracking, potholes, and surface deformation.
• We are needing the successful Contractor to assist with the Construction of a Roading and New pavement in order to reinstate the site back to restore a full level of service to the road corridor.

• Submit your Quote via the GETS.
• We will not accept Quotes sent by post or delivered to our office.
Process for RFQ Submission:
· For resources on submitting a Quote: https://www.procurement.govt.nz/procurement
· If you have any questions, submit via GETS before the Deadline for Questions.
· Use the Response Form to submit your Quote.
· Complete and sign the declaration at the end of the Response Form.
· Check you have provided all the necessary information in the correct format and order.
· Submit your Quote before the Deadline for Quotes.
· TOTAL submitted file size must not exceed 50MB, HDC’s preference is to receive submissions in one file unless specified.
· Price and non-price files should be uploaded as separate files and clearly labelled as Price and Non-price.
· Information available and suppliers’ question must be submitted via GETS.
· Tender closes 3pm Wednesday 26th March 2025. Respondents should ensure sufficient time is allowed to upload the files to GETS prior to the Tender closure date and time as that the site will shut off to receipt of Tenders at 3pm whether or not the upload is complete.
The tender evaluation is via lowest price conforming with pass/fail on; SiteWise Accreditation, Methodology, Relevant Skill.
