Hastings District Council advises the following key dates for procurement activities over the holiday season 2024/2025:

- Last tender closing date for 2024 would be Wednesday 11 December
- Las date to advertise tenders for 2024 would be Thursday 12 December

Please note: If work is tendered over the Christmas period, the minimum tender period will be extended to take into account Monday 23 December 2024 - Friday 3 January 2025 due to many businesses being closed over the festive period.

- First date for tenders closing in January 2025 would be Wednesday 22 January (if advertised prior to 11 January)
- First date for advertising new tenders in 2025 would be Monday 13 January
