Hastings District Council (HDC) owns, operates and maintains parks & reserves, sports fields & facilities, playgrounds & playparks, public spaces and a number of buildings throughout Hastings District. HDC is looking to outsource the delivery of its open spaces physical works and associated activities / facilities. It is entering into a two-stage process to identify contractors who may best deliver these services, whilst working in close partnership with HDC asset managers to achieve service delivery efficiencies and to enhance the life of the facilities.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential suppliers are being sought prior to full tender stage. Submitters will need to demonstrate their competence and experience in delivering these services in a similar environment; their ability to deliver to the highest industry standards; and to work in a collaborative arrangement with HDC to continuously improve the state of asset knowledge within HDC, and to improve the value for money of the services.
Contract start date 1st October 2018.
