We require a solution to replace the HDC Records Management Department existing three (3) desktop A4/A3 scanners and one (1) wide format AO scanner, which are now past their useful life.
This includes equipment and services for:
• Supply and installation of new scanners.
• Professional user training, including an Operating Manual.
• Service and Support: i.e. for regular maintenance of scanners, repairs and technical queries when required.
• Stock and supply spare parts and consumables for the scanners.
